The LCRA Sub-HARN (High Accuracy Reference
Network) is an interactive site to access a network of sub-HARN quality GPS
control marks. This survey control is being utilized by private surveyors,
city, county and state government agencies to improve positional accuracy of
surveyed components.
There are two options for accessing the LCRA HARN points. You can either search
by text (by ID, County, Quad) or an interactive map. Please choose your search
method below.
NOTE: This application stores data in several different
file formats. At a mininum, you need a compression/decompression utility such
as WinZip to unzip the initial download. To fully utilize the data you should
have Adobe Reader (for pdf documents), Microsoft Excel or compatible (for csv
file), and AutoCad R2000 or above (for dwg file). Also, it may be necessary to
disable pop-up blockers (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) for the Interactive Map
Search to function properly. |
