The LCRA Sub-HARN (High Accuracy Reference Network) is an interactive website to access a network
of sub-HARN quality GPS control marks. This survey control is being utilized by private surveyors,
city, county and state government agencies to improve positional accuracy of surveyed components.
There are two options for accessing the LCRA HARN points. You can either search by text
(by ID, County, Quad) or an interactive map. Please choose your search method below.
NOTE: This application stores data in several different file formats.
At a mininum, you need a compression/decompression utility such as WinZip to unzip the initial download.
To fully utilize the data you should have Adobe Reader (for pdf documents),
Microsoft Excel or compatible (for csv file), and AutoCad R2000 or above (for dwg file). Also,
it may be necessary to disable pop-up blockers (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) for the Interactive
Map Search to function properly. |
